Brent is the owner of ArchiNerd - an architecture firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. He collaborates with clients (homeowners and shareholders) and consultants to deliver exceptional architectural services. His primary focus is Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Design services include private residences, renovations and additions to existing homes and multi-family residential architecture. His design are collaborative addressing owner needs, efficiencies (energy and lifestyle), and, of course, competitive positioning in Nashville's current residential marketplace (curb appeal).

Brent worked as a Project Architect for CMArchitects. While design was forefront of his work, he took on a role in Business Development.

Brent spent most of 2017 in Nicaragua volunteering for MPowering People - now VZW Autentico. The organization is grassroots, international NGO working in small communities outside of León, Nicaragua. Brent led classes in drawing, art and math with children ages 6-16, helped in developing plans to sustain the organization, and designed a community center for the small town of El Tamarindo.Brent is still involved with the organization, though not on the ground. Brent began his architectural career at Van Pond Architect, PLLC. The office specializes in residential architecture. Brent believe's Van to be one of the most mindful architects in the Nashville area. He was very fortunate to learn about design, client relations and ultimately become licensed during his time at VPA.

The Nashville Civic Design Center was my first internship after graduating college. While there, I wrote press releases on design related topics, participated in community meetings and aided on the publication of Nashville/Davidson County Public Art.
