My passion for helping people be their best comes from experiencing firsthand how physical fitness and health improves everything about life. — years ago, I was a corporate executive with an average fitness level. I got involved with auto racing, and later with my first strength coach. From there, I became a professional racing coach and began competing in international powerlifting. For the second half of my life, I knew that I wanted to help people become their best selves, and became certified with the American College of Sports Medicine. Shortly after I started a strength training business, I discovered OsteoStrong and the science behind it. I am convinced OsteoStrong is the best approach to help people with their overall wellness by focusing on the foundation of the body – bones, and bone strength. I spend every day working to educate people on this simple yet powerful and effective protocol. My greatest joy is seeing clients benefit and realize their strength and potential.

My primary focus is managing a National sales team who work with automobile dealers looking to take control of their online leads by making more direct connections with prospective buyers in their market, whether that is one town, one state, the entire United States, or the World. We show automobile dealers how to create more opportunities from their existing marketing efforts using new ideas and technology, which are easy to implement in any size organization.

We specialize in Street Survival Skills, High Performance Driving Instruction, Advanced High Performance Driving Coaching, and Race Car Driver Coaching. We teach teens how to really drive and avoid hazards on the road. For adults, there is a one-day intensive workshop which includes driving exercises to improve reflex, awareness and competence with a full afternoon of fun and spirited (fast) driving on one of the nicest race tracks in the United States.After completing the high performance school, many students choose to come back regularly to do lapping for sport. As a Senior Instructor, I work with people of all ages and skill levels to help them meet their goals, whether it is to become a more skilled racer or to gain confidence after an unfortunate incident on the public roads.

Internet Protocol Sales Manager for National and International Wholesale Accounts. Consultant for enterprise and wholesale customers including AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile, Qwest, Internap, Comcast. Primarily dealing with the CEO, CFO, CTO, CIO, President, Vice President and Directors. Worked with Sales Engineer, Global Account Manager, Major Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and other Sales Manager to develop creative technology solutions and for fortune 500 reseller of Internet managed services, Internet access and Internet hosting and web hosting. Several successful start-up company projects rounded out the list of National and International customers.

Co-founded new Internet-based business software suite (SaaS). Designed concept and products for "SuiteSoftware" offering and developed the sales and marketing program for roll-out. Hired and trained initial inside sales staff. Completed business plan for investor presentations, presented plans to investors, and assisted in securing initial "angel" investor. Rolled out new offering 9/2000 and exceeded growth estimates after roll-out.
