Handled Financial Advisor and Branch Manager support that included dispute resolution, recruiting, training, response to state and regulatory inquiries, internal investigations, and oversight of 45 branches and 250+ financial advisors. Central point of contact for branch training and became department leader in assisting with the integration of Morgan Keegan merger. This merger included training, consolidation of policies, direction on process, and leading regular updates with senior management. Additionally, led team of 5 in annuity oversight/compliance review. Responsibilities included dispute resolution, supervision of team, consolidating department, hiring associates, responsible for training and disciplinary action, high level trend review, and ensuring compliance with state, federal and firm rules and regulations.

Additional responsibilities include leading integration of new compliance alerts, developing compliance-wide tools, presenting to a variety of audiences, and being a liaison for the compliance department to internal and external departments.
