Built Optimal Fiber as a material supplier catering to the data center and fiber markets. Developed new product lines and expanded manufacturing capabilities. Owned all supplier relationships, pricing strategy, and client deliverables.

As Director of Corporate Development, led corporate strategy and execution with a keen focus on company growth. In this role, led the largest geographic expansions to date, personally found, recruited, and hired key leadership personnel, and expanded the disciplines of teams under direction to be able to deliver turnkey data center services. All activities with the end goal of improving the market share of the company and increasing investor return, which we successful accomplished.Q3 2019: Opened new office for NTI in Dublin, Ireland focused on data center installation work across western Europe. Recruited and managed Europe-based personnel while integrating them to the overall company strategy. Q2 2019: Opened new office for NTI in Phoenix, AZ focused on data center installations.Q1 2019: Established and managed a Hyperscale Team within NTI to address large & complex projects. Expanded this team, optimized processes, and added skillsets to enable simultaneous execution of multi-million dollar infrastructure projects in the US, Canada, Europe, and APAC. Q1 2019: Opened new office/warehouse location in Charlotte, NC focused on carrier fiber optic splicing.Q3 2018: Orchestrated NTI's international expansion and initial entry into Europe. Execution of multi-megawatt whitespace infrastructure projects in 11 European countries.

Started NTI's Dallas market, including locating office space and establishing warehouse, recruiting and onboarding of all personnel, material procurement, managing client relationships, overall strategy, and P&L responsibilities. Built from one employee to multiple teams. Promoted numerous employees to more prominent roles to reach their full potential and grow the company.The Dallas teams specialized in providing a full range of data center installations including but not limited to data center whitespace infrastructure, colocation client deployments, cabling design, high-capacity fiber optic installation, fusion splicing, and testing.

Supplier in the data center and communications space. Working with end users and contractor clients on their infrastructure strategy, planning, and solution delivery.

Focused on the complete product suite created by Centurylink's acquisition of Savvis Data Centers, which became Cyxtera and is now Evoque.

Building the Equinix data center and interconnect ecosystems within the Cloud provider and Content provider space. Working with clients to leverage a global colocation provider for their computing environments. Managed this business for the central US and sold globally, including the largest project in South America in 2012.

Launched Enterprise Business strategy focused on fiber optic connectivity in the North Texas Division, including managing TWCBC's Healthcare and K-12 Education clients. (Total contract revenue over $15M during tenure (#1 out of 40 North Texas reps over that span)
