I am in charge of building growth as well as growing from within current client relationships. The pursuit of assisting companies, large and small, in streamlining their business to operate at a more effective and efficient level. I oversee all sales operations along with frequently collaborating with our technicians to ensure quality service above all else. Advertising in the various forms such as television, print and social media are among my daily tasks. I have made appearances on local television shows and continue to grow our business through multiple organizations and of course positive word of mouth. I have made customer service paramount along with the time and effort that goes into each new client and continues with our long term partners. Our foundation is built side by side with our customers and enables us to grow together.

My responsibilities include maintaining a high contract attainment percentage, selling new business and retaining current business, growing base business and identifying areas of opportunity to sell within existing accounts. I oversee 11 Route Sales Representatives and ensure that the metrics they have been tasked with achieving are achieved and at a higher level than most. In my first year of employment I was deemed as a "High Potential Candidate" ready for the next tier within the business. I also was able to take a District ranked at 138th out of 300 Districts nationally and achieve a Top 20 rank nationally within the first year. I was appointed the Service Safety Coordinator as well accomplishing 100% training and knowledge completion numbers. Through Aramark Uniform Services I was able to find many successes.

My daily tasks include management of the 30+ employees, smooth operation from open to close (7am-11pm), conflict resolutions, marketing, ordering, continued education such as Servsafe and constantly changing health requirements as well as scheduling and hiring.
