Throughout my career, I've thrived in leading and inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.Working with others from across the globe, I enjoy helping others to reach and meet goals. While directing teams in many different locations and cultures, I have learned a lot about myself. I love inspiring creative minds and lifting others to higher performance. I graduated Cum Laude from Weber State University with a BS in mathematics and a French minor and then further pursued my education in the masters of mathematics department at Brigham Young University (Algebraic Topology, Adv. Linear Algebra, Adv. Ord. Differential Equation) with an emphasis in 3D computer graphics (graduate level). I started in Internet and java development and became the Internet Project Manager and Webmaster for several companies including Topjobsusa.com, topjobs.net inc., and UltimateResume.com. I was in charge of project development including the graphics for each of the sites. I developed several games with Alpine Studios in order to work in embedded systems, critical coding and corporate certification. While there, I co-authored a book for Premier Press. After joining ClearPlay Inc, I developed parts of the firmware of DVD and Blu-ray players working directly with the manufacturers in China, making several trips per year. I worked on several different platforms, increasing the exposure of ClearPlay across available media. Traveling to Europe, I helped establish a filtering program abroad.Currently I manage our engineer team (2022), further gaining experience in electronics and embedded systems using C, C++, and C# for certain UI and internal applications. I introduced the new mechanism for communication, internally branded HLD, and led the design for the current architecture for G4, SDK, HVM200 and the UI for 831C, allowing for mobile development which we deployed with our HVM200. We have expanded our app line to include the 831C, Spartan 730 Dosimeter and our Audiometric Calibration systems.Specialties: Demonstration of Product API, Client Integration, Product Architecture.
