That is to develop an RTO, with a culture and a primary objective to provide the best possible training to our industry, with dedicated people from industry, with current and relevant industry skills, and experience. It is so emancipating to know that a client, be it the employer, the trainee or student, it is their educational journey that is the key focus of the senior management team, and not just a cause and affect on GP or the bottom line. I am absolutely dedicated to having industry understand that an award from Current Training is a guarantee, that the individual has been fully trained and rigorously assessed.
