I have committed my professional career to building a sustainable energy future and aligning with pathways that expanding my impact. My intention from 2010 to today has been to work on the leading edge of the energy transition, increase adoption, and to continue my personal growth through the process. Holy Crap! Working in the energy transition is a real challenge and my heart goes out to my brother and sisters in the energy industry who have been effected by the policy changes in California. We have sacrificed a lot in our commitment to change and need to keep forging ahead, change is inevitable and I truly believe we are at a tipping point that should offer more industry stability and that year-over- year hocky stick growth we're hoping for.
