• Specialized in duties as a Junior System Admin of the Iron Dome System-Army (IDDS-A) providing end-user support, system health monitoring, conducting system recovery backups, ensuring network connectivity, and maintaining both software and hardware of the Iron Dome System.• Participated in important final fielding testing being conducted out of White Sands Missile Range which resulted in a successful move of the system to Joint Base Lewis McChord.• Responsible for all system maintenance, technical support, and tests done on the Iron Dome system.• Support management with IT requests and potential new implementations.• Work directly with personal from Elta North America, Rafael Israel Aerospace Industries, PM SHIELD, and U.S.

• Perform systems level operation and monitoring of ROTHR (Relocatable Over the Horizon Radar) receiver site equipment consisting of Phased Array Antennae, RF Hardware, Digital Hardware, Microprocessors, PC farms and other peripheral equipment. • Maintain system logs or manuals to document testing or operation of equipment.• Monitor and modify RADAR resources as necessary to meet tasking parameters.• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts for equipment problems locally and with remote sites.

• Operate and maintain a grouping of Early Warning elevated sensors that consist of FLIR EO/IR imaging systems, Spynel, R3D, and network equipment on the Rapid Aerostat Initial Deployment Program (RAID) • Instruct U.S. and NATO forces on how to utilize the RAID tower to conduct operations.• Provide answers to Technical questions asked in regards to operation of the system• Install or repair network cables• Create or update technical documentation for network installations or changes to existing installations• Troubleshoot system through the use of built in tests, fault isolation tests, and command line inputs to remedy connectivity issues and maintain command and control over system.• Support system integrations and operations at assigned Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations• Collaborate with Tactical Operations Center (TOC) personal to achieve Desired Goals.• Submit weekly reports to in country managers to ensure compliance is being maintained.
