Brent Moore is a Manager, Information Services Operations at Toowoomba Catholic Schools. Always cool under pressure Brent has controlled numerous major incidents under which he led his team to successful outcomes, whether it is resolution to a critical network issue or a cyber related incident. It isn't unusual to see Brent step in and get dirty and use his technical skills to expedite resolution of issues when needed. His approach is always meticulous, evident when establishing and reviewing contracts. Brent's ability to recall items within the contract has been invaluable when resolving issues or questions raised, ensuring Council has maintained a favourable position. He is well respected by support providers and integrators that work with TRC and works on building these relationships to be of greater value. Brent is financially astute and responsible, managing his budgets in an exemplary manner and has consistently met the KPI's associated with doing so year on year.
