"Money is a resource, not a reason for living." I'd started to share this expression with some friends & family and I was surprised at how it seemed to resonate with them. I shouldn't have been, given that most of these people, like myself, grew up on a surf beach with a relatively carefree lifestyle.When the opportunity arose to start Finspective, I had to jump at it. I had my ideas on how I wanted to help people & it's great to share my vision with other like-minded people.The 'teach a man to fish' analogy fits perfectly with what we do. The most effective way we help people with money is to educate, support & save them time, while always making any advice relevant to their goals along the way. We like to show people, not tell them.Personally, I've experienced a varied financial services career , both domestically and overseas. This pathway, combined with exposure to people & businesses from all walks of life, has allowed me to build some unique lending & business skills that I enjoy sharing on a daily basis.
