Conduct all aspects of construction management, cradle to grave.

• Contractor to the US Army responsible for the daily Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for Forward Operating Base (FOB) managing the daily operations & maintenance • Managed the O&M for Buildings and Grounds, Power Generation, Solid Waste Management, Vector Control, Water Treatment, Operations of two Dining Facilities, Badging & Screening, MWR activities and Fire Prevention• Ensure all work was performed safely, on time and under budget.• Utilized a multi-national average workforce of 300 persons.

Utilizing the Continuous Improvement Process method I led a multinational team, in a Middle Eastern location, which successfully supplied Base Life Support (BLS) services for a population between 10-20K. These services included: housing, dining, bus service, ice production, potable water production, sewage treatment, solid waste management, power generation, vehicle maintenance & infrastructure maintenance and new construction.

Managed all site company construction activities for our customer at a location in the Middle East to include structures for Housing and Offices.

I was overall in charge of all the company's Design, Survey, CAD, Horizontal & Vertical Construction missions at the customer's largest location in Central Asia. Our Team performed renovations on existing structures as well as new design / build construction projects. A sample would include churches, dining facilities, single and multistory housing, offices, warehouses, fuel storage facilities, hangers, water production facilities and general site work.
