I have sound knowledge as an IT technician. I am competent in computer repairs, and support, with 10 years personal experience as a hobby. I am a quick learner and can apply the knowledge with little to no supervisionI am a confident person who has excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong understanding on WH&S. I am proficient in all Microsoft word processing programs, and some other third party programs i.e. Microsoft Office.
