Despite landing my dream job and working with some of the most erudite people across the globe, the excel sheets and powerpoint decks weren’t enough to satiate my creative side. I then pivoted to work at creative agencies where I stumbled upon a position that required just as much creativity as it did problem solving - the Producer. I embraced the opportunity to swap my old Microsoft office deliverables with tv commercials, working with global brands like Delta, McDonald’s and Bud Light as an integrated Producer at Wieden & Kennedy. After developing a deep understanding of what I call the “business of creativity,” I discovered that I wanted to produce outside of the agency ecosystem — I relocated to Los Angeles where varied production infrastructure is plentiful. I went in-house with LinkedIn’s Creative Studio as a Creative Producer to learn brand-side producing. Soon thereafter, I repositioned myself as a Production Coordinator to learn production management under more experienced line producers until it was time for me to take-up the mantle and Line Produce myself. Now, as a hybrid producer with 7+ year’s experience producing across all sides of advertising, I am passionate about speaking whichever production language is required to get the job done.
