I worked with the tax, legal, accounting and treasury teams at Discovery to integrate all newly acquired entities onto Discovery systems and platforms. Whilst working there the company acquired Europsport and SBS Broadcasting among many other entities. In this role I also assisted in developing pan European cash management function including cash concentration, standardization of practices and controls.I also managed the international multicurrency cash pool, developed several process improvements and oversaw Discovery’s European commercial banking operations.

I moved from the Financial accounting team at EMI to the treasury team when the entity was being sold to Vivendi (Universal Music) and part divested to Warner Brothers Music. I worked with the local Finance Directors to manage the global cash flow of all EMI territories globally and transformed the way global cash flow was reported.

I worked with the Digital Accounting, Royalty Accounting, AP/AR teams, Tax and Business Support partners to deliver detailed monthly reporting to help key stakeholder make business decisions. Some of my key achievements included a revamp of the annual budget, overhauling the weekly cash flow and how it was reported and I implemented several process improvements with my shared services accounting team.

I worked closely with all areas of the business to help take MultiPanel from a small manufacturing start up to an award winning company with global distribution. Working closely with our Research and Development, Marketing and Sales, Production and finance teams we were able to develop what is now widely considered the most revolutionary building product on the market at the moment.

I worked with the team at Barker and Davern to deliver Tax compliance for Individuals and Small Business as well as Audit's for charities and small businesses.

I worked closely with senior management to deliver all of the financial information required on a daily weekly and monthly basis for them to make informed business decisions.
