Responsibilities: - Required to contact new customers, congratulate them on the purchase of their new car and welcome them to Mazda. - Arrange for warranty certificate and roadside information to be sent to new Mazda customers.- Use my knowledge and expertise in the vehicles to answer any questions the customer may have in regards to their Mazda.- Liaise with colleagues from other departments in the business to solve customer issues that can't be solved at first point of contact. - Assist customers with issues relating to their MyMazda accounts (MyMazda allows customers to take control of their ownership information) - Data entry and maintenance of customer details.- Inputting customer sales & service satisfaction survey results into the system and actioning their responses accordingly.- Updating Mazda Sales Hub with updated Mazda vehicle specifications as well as the specifications of new competitor entries into the automotive industry. Also involved analysing the differences between Mazda offerings and competitor offerings to highlight competitive advantages.
