While working for Mars I worked on a Cross-Functional team looking to improve process efficiency through standardization across all business units and functions. Optimization and problem-solving was incredibly important to the role, which dealt with team members across the world keeping Mars in regulatory compliance.Prior to starting my MBA, I worked for Wisconsin Physician Services as an auditor dealing with hospitals and their million dollar reimbursement claims.
