HHD, 111th Ordnance Group (EOD), Alabama National GuardSignificant Duties and Responsibilities include: Deputy Group Logistics Officer of an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Group tasked with providing equipment, personnel and resources in support of full spectrum operations and deployments worldwide for contingency operations as directed. Responsible for coordinating the logistical support for the Group, consisting of an EOD Battalion with two EOD Companies and an Explosive Hazards Coordination Cell (EHCC). Responsible for oversight of the Group's Property Book, valued at over $53.1 million, and supervises the Group's maintenance and sustainment operations. Advises the Group Command Team, Senior Logistics Officer and subordinate unit commanders on Sustainment, Supply and Maintenance related issues. Responsible for the training, readiness and professional development for 3 Warrant Officers, 6 Non-Commissioned Officers and 3 Soldiers.

HHD, 111th Ordnance Group (EOD), Alabama National GuardSignificant Duties and Responsibilities include: Serves as a Company Commander of a Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, of an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group. Primary responsibilities include, prepare unit for combat, maintain a high level of unit readiness, and provide battle focused training to develop the units multifunctional capabilities to fight and win in combat across multiple areas of responsibility. Accountable for the health, welfare, training, and professional development of all 72 Soldiers assigned to the HHD. Enforces the highest standards in Soldiers appearance, morale, discipline and safety. Responsible for sustaining mission readiness of materials and accountable of MTOE property valued at over $4 million. Responsible for planning, resourcing and executing individual training of Soldiers and collective training of the company towards full mission readiness in support of the Group’s combat service support mission and state emergency response mission.

1st Battalion, 173rd Infantry Regiment, 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Alabama National GuardSignificant Duties and Responsibilities include: Serves as the Assistant Operations Officer (S3 Plans) and the AGR Battalion Training Officer of an Infantry Battalion consisting of 715 Soldiers Organized in a Headquarters Company, three Infantry Companies, a Weapons Company and a Forward Support Company. Primary responsibilities include, prepare, coordinate and publish operation plans and orders; reviews plans and orders of subordinate units; recommends priorities for allocating critical resources of the Command; recommends task organization and assigning tasks to subordinate elements of the command; utilizes resources to accomplish both maneuver and support; coordinates all aspects of maneuver with support; recommends integrated schemes of tactical maneuver and/or dispositions; recommends boundaries and other control measures; recommends the general locations of command posts; prepares operational records and reports.

D Company (FSC), 1st Battalion, 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne), Alabama National GuardSignificant Duties and Responsibilities include: Serves as a Company Commander of a Forward Support Company, part of a Battalion in a Special Forces Group. Primary responsibilities include, prepare unit for combat, maintain a high level of unit readiness, and provide battle focused training to develop the units multifunctional capabilities to fight and win in combat across multiple areas of responsibility. Accountable for the health, welfare, training, and professional development of all 127 Soldiers assigned to the FSC. Enforces the highest standards in Soldier appearance, morale, discipline and safety. Responsible for sustaining mission readiness of materials and accountable of MTOE property valued at over $23 million. Responsible for planning, resourcing and executing individual training of Soldiers and collective training of the company towards full mission readiness in support of the Battalions combat service support mission and state emergency response mission.

Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO), Joint Forces Headquarters (JFHQ), Alabama National GuardPrimary responsibilities include: management of the Alabama National Guard's Environmental Compliance Program, Natural Resource Program, Cultural Resource Program, Forestry Program, Geographical Information Science Program, Game Management Operations and Quality Recycling Program, ensuring that each program is being operated in accordance with Army Regulations, State and Federal Laws. Implemented measures ensuring Alabama National Guard resources are protected for future generations of Soldiers.

Group Support Battalion, 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne), Alabama National GuardPrimary responsibilities include, Battalion Training Manager for all training conducted by the GSB, Battalion Schools Officer managing all training and military education for over 300 Soldiers, Battalion Security Manager ensuring all security programs are in place and operational for the GSB, Battalion Organizational Defense Travel Administrator managing official military travel for over 300 Soldiers and four Army National Guard Technicians, and the Unit Status Reporting Officer responsible for preparing, reviewing and conducting quarterly USR requirements for GSB.

A Company (Sustainment & Distribution), Group Support Battalion, 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne), Alabama National GuardSignificant Duties and Responsibilities include: Executive Officer of a Sustainment and Distribution Company providing direct logistical support to a Special Forces Group, as a subordinate unit of the Group Support Battalion; Supervises all phases of operations and employment of the company and its Aerial Delivery Detachment; responsible for the health, safety, morale and welfare of 126 Soldiers and their families; responsible for the assistance in planning and executing a training plan which culminates the unit's ability to deploy in support of contingency operations; maintains company policies, procedures, and SOPs; manages the serviceability of over 20,000 pieces of aerial delivery and maritime equipment valued in excess of $4 million and ensures the Company Commander's intent is being met during all sustainment operations.

A Company (Sustainment & Distribution), Group Support Battalion, 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne), Alabama National GuardSignificant Duties and Responsibilities include: Platoon Leader of the Bulk Fuel and Water Service Platoon providing direct logistical support to a Special Forces Group, as a subordinate unit of the Group Support Battalion; directs and supervises all phases of operations and employment of the platoon; responsible for the health, safety, morale and welfare of 27 Soldiers and their families; responsible for planning and executing a training plan which culminates in the unit's ability to deploy in support of contingency operations; establishes and maintains procedures; plans, coordinates, and evaluates the Group's Fuel and Water Support operations while ensuring the commander's intent is being met during all sustainment operations.
