In this role I work primarily with past due, stressed accounts, and deceased borrowers for our equipment financing product (AgDirect), as well as underwriting for AgDirect.

The job function for this role was to provide processing for borrower notifications and new loan documents as necessary for past due, distressed, deceased borrowers, and accounts in litigation.

Accounts Payable, Billing, Process Daily Feed Records, Closeouts, Inventory, General Feedlot Labor

Department Lead for Hunting, Guns, Hunting Clothing, and Footwear. Oversee department employees, scheduling, sales, floorplans, customer interface/service, inventory, etc.

Shop Manager duties include product order placement and prediction based on seasons/trends, merchandise inventories, floor layout, customer sales/service, product knowledge as well as government FFL rules/regulations.

Guide/Intern duties include learning hunting grounds via physical scouting and aerial topography, setting/trimming treestands, setting/monitoring game trail cameras, cabin upkeep, client interface/service, client pickup/dropoff, game tracking, trophy photography. Always up early and in bed very late.

Duties included processing student registrations for John Deere Online University, reconciling monthly department budgets, inventory of training equipment, customer service, classroom setup, assist tech trainers as needed.
