Currently impletementing Flashless Transfer molding into Engineered Seals Division, this includes rebuilding equipment and retrofitting existing presses to adapt to transfer molding. My first project here yielded $200,000 in additional profit to an existing project. To date cost savings intiatives have yielded approximently $750,000 in addition profit. Flashless has also enabled new business for ESD, we have landed 1 new project in Syracuse worth $2,000,000 annually. I have also been involded in a injection molded project that will reduce scrap from over 30% in it's current state to less then 1% by going to Injection molding. A current project I have will be changed over to Flashless in the next year that will add an addition $1,000,000 in cost savings.

Responsible for Mold and Product design, Reviewing vendor mold drawings & customer part drawings. Responsible for mold placement and maintaining on time vendor deliveries. Scheduling and project management to maintain internal PPAP deliveries. Customer consultation and project updating.

Designed molds for the rubber industry using the followings methods:Hot and Cold pot Transfer, Injection Transfer, Compression, Hot and Cold runner injection and Hot and Cold runner Liquid Injection molding. Multiple turnkey projects with End of Arm tooling.
