I had a few different roles at Fidelity. All of which required a series 7 and 63 license. I began in solely customer service, and moved through a few roles to where I was still in customer service at a base level but more of a consultant helping Participants who had stock plans through their companies know the other features they could take advantage of at.

As operations manager at MP I helped analyze all of our daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency, and productivity. I would change routes, plan project schedules, train and supervise employees, analyze budget, and most importantly, I would bring in and manage accounts. Through these efforts I was able to help MP Lawn and Lighting reach a gross income.

At 5 O'Clock Shadow I wore many different hats, I helped sale merchandise through marketing strategies and salesmanship, manage sales, help with strategic planning, assisted in quality management and control of product and overall efficiency.

Working close with inside sales, I ensured quality customer relations on a regular basis. I pulled and delivered products in a timely fashion, as well as managing/maintaining the warehouse.
