Brent Sharpless is the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director, Dream Big Accelerator (DBA) and FlyWheel at O2E Brands, which manages the largest private corporation of its kind in the world. He oversees the firm’s investment portfolio to acquire, integrate and develop a multi franchise performance platform across North America. This includes building private equity, M&A and strategic operations capabilities to enhance franchise management, acquisition integration, goal setting, operational excellence, entrepreneurship and engagement across the portfolio. He sits on the Board of Directors for DBA, and on the O2E and FlyWheel executive leadership teams.Prior to joining O2E Brands, Brent spent his career advancing corporate strategy as a Corporate Lawyer, Management Consultant and Entrepreneur. While practicing at one of Canada's largest law firms, Brent played a key role in the $1.67 billion PrairieSky Royalty IPO - the largest IPO in Canadian history at the time. Brent is also the Founder and President of two private Canadian corporations responsible for developing and launching the largest residential painting company in Canada. He has an MBA and a law degree with a focus on strategy and corporate commercial development.
