My desire is to make the Gospel known and build Christ’s Kingdom both locally and globally. I have been in pastoral ministry for 18 years and am currently the Executive Pastor of Ministry at Wheaton Bible Church in West Chicago, IL. My passion is helping the church cultivate disciple-making relationships within multiethnic and multigenerational environments. I enjoy developing ministry teams to stay healthy, hungry, and unified by growing spiritually, in vocational ability, and ministering collaboratively. I am also a research consultant with Arbor Research Group, specializing in church consultation and coaching, survey development, and ministry effectiveness with a focus in multicultural contexts. I enjoy family time, cycling, hiking, trying new food, coaching my sons' soccer teams, and rooting for my Buckeyes!!
