As the National Construction Councils Chief Operations Officer, Brent is primarily responsible for running operations coast to coast and in order to increase market share and opportunities, let contractors and owners know that the NCC will provide a Canadian all employee/multi-disciplined solution.Brent’s leadership efforts are directed towards that same goal of growth – by helping to create new and positive relationships with contractors and owners’ using the significant national assets we currently possess in the areas such training, servicing, negotiating, organizing and dispatch.Brent has held leadership roles in industries that include technology, manufacturing, agriculture, and distribution and varying from small to international organizations. Without exception, his unique leadership style and visionary thinking encouraged creativity and innovation throughout each organization and the same can be said of his leadership at the National Construction Council today. He is also an active leader in the Microsoft community and participates in the Microsoft Partner Advisory Council, which is an invitation-only program developed by Microsoft to gather information on forthcoming solutions and go-to-market strategies.
