 Responsible for establishing and maintaining a list of local enterprises in the targeted location and identify the potential enterprises of market support.  Facilitating Producer Groups to develop marketing plan and meet entrepreneurs for other technical needs.  Propose technical and non-technical training of Entrepreneurs and Producer Groups on marketing of their produce.  Contribute to conducting assessments surveys and sectorial value chain assessments.  Identify exhibition opportunities for products and facilitate the Producer Group members to participate in the exhibition.  Facilitate targeted Producer Groups to collect and analyze information on the basic pricing system.  Prepare training modules for the individual producers and producer group members and on marketing of their producer and linkages with market actors.  Work jointly with vocational trainers and trainees’ producer group members and entrepreneurs to provide technical support in terms of identifying types of vocations enterprises and product design as per market demands.  Work closely with vocational trainers and trainee producer group members and entrepreneurs to provide technical support in terms of maintaining a proper bookkeeping system.  Prepare & submit relevant activities plan with a report promptly.  Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Compile and update the program purchase requests (PRs) and corresponding purchase orders and reconcile the program expenses in consultation with the technical coordinators and the finance team.  Work with the program managers to monitor spending,procurement, and work plans regularly and keep track of program activity budgets.  To follow up on logistics and procurement with support staff to provide on-time support by support staff for the smooth running of program activities  Collect and provide the necessary information and contribute to the planning organizing and development of all aspects of the project support activities, Keep, and save the field activities pictures and provide the required time for preparation of the report. Maintain an efficient filing system for all administrative and operational records and manage program databaseand documentation for required administrative activities.  Work with the program coordinator and managers to regularly update grant information and maintain a list of all donors reporting deadline.  Maintain and efficient filing system for all administrative and operational records and manage program databaseand documentation for required administrative activities
