• Initiated and completed initial 2-year cyber security plan based loosely on COBIT to tighten up environment, which garnered praise from auditors and audit board.
• Modernized disaster recovery and business continuity plans previously of concern for external audit.
• Negotiated new contract with HP for infrastructure services, which resulted in 22% reduction annually over 3 years.

• Led system integration for SAP merger of four largest operating companies. Oversaw 2-part project with extensive change management and business process impact during consolidation project (part one) along with ECC 6.0.
