Major representations included: representation of a hedge fund, as the largest senior secured DIP lender in a $3.5 billion credit facility related to the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of a large auto-parts maker, in its successful credit bid for the company's assets; representation of a group of fitness clubs in connection with all aspects of the administration of their chapter 11 cases; representation of indenture trustee for secured noteholders in successfully contesting plan of reorganization in bankruptcy of major international chemical company.
