Intel Product Line Lead. In charge of development and sustainment of Advanced Tactical Datalinks to include the ENTR product line. Job duties included: Obsolescence Management, Troubleshooting issues on the production floor, Delta Verifications when required, forecasting demand, onsite integration support. managed all internal Intel IR&D projects reporting to the Sector Chief Engineer. - In <24 hours, diagnosed customer's integration issue with our product after several months of trying to fix it themselves. Resulting in a large milestone payment for the customer.Developed the Quad Diversity Receiver to fulfill a capability gap for the USN. Developed an IBS transceiver that was more powerful and lower SWaP than its competition. Supported multiple ground-based and space-based Satellite communication and COMSEC products as well

- Senior Project Engineer developing new capabilities for the MQ-9A. Took projects from idea to bid, design, test, and demonstration to showcase or field new capabilities.- Capabilities include Enhanced Payload Enabling kit, Agile Pod, Communications Pod, Targeting Pods, and SIGINT Pods- During this time I was also the lead Project Engineer for Hybrid Release 1 USAF Software which matured hundreds of airworthiness documents related to MQ-9A- Successfully ran an IR&D project and created a 1:1 MQ-9A Trainer using COTS parts, which substantially drove down cost while allowing pilots and sensor operators to "Train as you would fly"

-Lead the creation of the MJAT Trainer effort. In under a year usurped established trainers to create the highest, most positive training experience for Air Force Pilots and Sensor Operators. With release cycles as quick as six weeks and completed prior to actual OFP software entering test.-Deployed overseas three times to train pilots and sensor operators on new capabilities utilizing the MJAT Trainer.- Supported five software releases by managing requirements and software design through test and validation

- Ran international ICWG, keeping track of Action Items and making sure they get done- Supported Lab and Field Demonstrations

-Managed Program Schedule, Budget, and Oversaw Design Changes to the Ground Segment-Integrated small Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) into a Common Ground Segment which directly resulted in a contract-SIL/HITL Simulation and Post-Flight Analysis Responsible Engineer-Modernize Configuration Management and Systems Engineering Processes

-Setup two new sites in Afghanistan over a period of five months-Instructed four new Air Vehicle Operators and two Mission Payload Operators-100% Mission Success during my stay while the leading engineer overseas-Developed OCONUS checklists and procedures-Performed missions as the FMV Operator and Air Vehicle Operator-President’s Award Nominee in 2012 and 2013

-Led a team of engineers to integrate Communication Relay, EO/IR, SAR, and SIGINT payloads into a small UAS.-Lead architect of Communications and Ground Control Segment upgrade projects-Designed electrical harnesses and vibration-isolated electronics mounts-Completed several successful flight demonstrations and tests that directly resulted in contracts-Received TAP award twice for excellence-Regularly met with vendors and customers as main point of contact-Air Vehicle Operator/Instructor and EO/IR Gimbal Sensor Operator/Instructor-Completed several successful demonstrations and flight tests on multiple bases across thecountry including Dugway, UT.
