I am seeking a career in the agricultural law field. I am a current 2L student at Texas A&M School of Law. I have completed a legal summer internship at Gunderson, Palmer, Nelson and Ashmore, LLP, in Pierre, South Dakota and will be returning for an internship during summer 2022. During my time there last summer, I conducted legal research, drafted pleadings for criminal and civil matters, prepared correspondence for clients to brief them on their case status, as well as various clerical tasks. I have also done three political internships along with rigorous courses that have prepared me by developing strong research, writing and speaking skills. Along with being a dedicated student, I was also a member of the Texas Tech Track & Field and Cross Country teams all four years of my college career. This experience taught me time management, teamwork, and collaboration skills that I will apply in my future career. I can assist with research and any clerical tasks. I am also proficient in the creative Adobe software applications.
