I also oversee operations with partnership concepts that include everything from international brands like Budweiser to regional favorites like Schlafly.At HMSHost our business is making the travelers day better.

Oversee operation team for Hollywood Casino's.

Manage quick casual restaurants leadership team and VIP guest special request in a 24 hour casino and restaurant business with 6 unique and dining experiences.

Responsible for all aspects of new store development, including marketing, public relations, creating business plans, forecasting, demographic research studies, and training of operations managers to take over the restaurant units.

Oversee leadership team that manages all aspects of both front and back of house, including scheduling, employee meetings, training, hiring, coaching, local restaurant marketing, facilities maintenance, inventory procedures, P&L statements, food and labor costs, and budget tracking. Training and mentoring of General Managers in the St. Louis, Kansas City and Tennessee markets.

Manage cost centers and lead service teams through documenting daily line checks to upholding food quality and service standards, food supply and liquor purchasing, developing relationships with local vendors, and point of contact for overall maintenance of the building and equipment. Develop and implement local restaurant marketing and promotions.

Responsible for scheduling of 40 + employees, managing labor and budget tracking, weekly inventory procedures and orientation and training of new team members including the training of four managers.

Executed daily shift management functions in both the back of house and the front of house positions. Responsible for employee training, food and supply purchasing, and completing bi-monthly inventories. Kitchen leader for new store opening from 2001 to 2003.
