As part of a small core of ground level coworkers, my responsibilities in growing our business are as diverse as the printed and embroidered products that we offer. Along with overseeing and directly contributing to the rigors of everyday production I also train new employees and strategize in business and product expansion with the goal of streamlining and becoming easily accessible to a tech-savvy consumer base.
