Key Responsibilities:• Principle partner in Executive Leadership Team responsible for Development of Annual Corporate Budgets, Strategic goals formulation, implementation and execution. • Direct and coordinate profitable sales growth of all business segments.• Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.• Management of Account Managers, Manufacturers Representatives and Strategic Alliances. • Existing and New Market Development• Brand development, web site traffic growth, web site UI and advertising revenue. Develop brand strategy and statistics systems.• Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development. • Development of business structures, drafting privacy policies and structuring commercial transactions.• Responsible for commercial team development, budgets, training, market identification and sales methods. • Evaluation of segment specific customer base, existing, potential and prospective. Identification of market share growth opportunity. • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.• Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.

• Responsible for domestic and international sales team development, budgets, training, market identification and sales methods. Created strategies for market share penetration and sales initiatives.• Evaluation of geographical specific customer base, existing, potential and prospective. Conducting joint sales calls and presentations with area sales representatives. Identification of market share growth opportunity. Evaluation and development of sales team.• Present monthly, quarterly and annually detailed data analysis on regional operations standings and sales developments.• Provide technical field support to regional sales group on specialized engineered products and service applications. Coordination and presentation of specialized product customer training. • Promotion and evaluation of Customer Relations Management (CRM) tools, Key Account Planning, Sales Call Planning, Individual Sales Reporting. • Management of multi-facility operations within North America. Development of operations budgets, inventory control planning, staffing requirements, OPEX control methods, gross margin and market segment reports.
