I am a "CBA" Certified Business Appraiser with the Institute of Business Appraisers, Inc.. I have been involved in business sales, mergers and acquisitions for over 27 years; 7 years as an owner/operator of businesses and 20 years as a professional business broker and appraiser. My firm, Paramount Business Brokerage, is a general business brokerage and valuation firm. Recently I was also the founder, president and broker of record for Paramount Restaurant Brokers, Inc. the nations largest firm specializing in the valuation, sales and acquisition of restaurants. During my tenure as a business broker I have personally sold and valued hundreds of privately-held small to medium sized businesses. My experience includes selling and valuing companies in the manufacturing, distribution, business services, retail, auto services and restaurants industries ranging from small “mom & pop” to mergers of mid-sized companies.I am a licensed California real estate broker, a graduate of the University of Southern California's Business School and have the experience of purchasing, starting, managing and owning 4 of my own companies.
