I have been involved in business sales, mergers and acquisitions for over 27 years; 7 years as an owner/operator of businesses and 20 years as a professional business broker and appraiser. My firm, Paramount Business Brokerage, is a general business brokerage and valuation firm. Recently I was also the founder, president and broker of record for Paramount Restaurant Brokers, Inc. the nations largest firm specializing in the valuation, sales and acquisition of restaurants. During my tenure as a business broker I have personally sold and valued hundreds of privately-held small to medium sized businesses.
