Overall, I have 30 years experience in the heavy vehicles industry. I have extensive experience as a technical trainer, customer service, troubleshooting - diagnostic, mechanic/electrical computer design on AutoCAD.I spend a large amount of my time in the shop, hands on with the equipment. I also travel extensively to numerous customer locations to give training and experience first hand their working environment.I’m very engaged in improving the product I work with and always strive to communicate the most info possible to the OEM for continuous product improvement. I use electronic medias like no other to convey my ideas.I have a proven record of being a problem solver. Constantly challenged with the most complex issues, there is no boring day at work. My strengths have been in a strong communication skill combined with the technical understanding in order to achieve a cost-effective solution to every problem I come across.Recognized for its capability as project manager and technical trainer. My creativity and analytical mind give me the ability to solve problems efficiently. With my leadership, I can mobilize work teams (multi-disciplinary engineering-technician) to get the job done while meeting the deadlines with professional rigor. This experience is the key to manage the increasingly complicated electrical systems and programming on various types of truck equipment. I also acquired large hydraulic / pneumatic/structural capabilities making me able to get to the bottom of every possible problem a vehicle may have. I can diagnose all the mobile multiplexing systems: IQAN, Delastek, IFM, etc…I’m also a class 3 driver which gives me an edge to experience first hand intermit issues on the road.
