Responsible for advising the Board of Directors and executive team on corporate governance, regulatory, compliance, corporate restructuring, asset structuring, and legal strategy; supervising and leading negotiation of deal documentation with counterparties based in the United States, Europe, and other countries, including acquisitions, asset sales, joint venture, restaurant franchise, services, shareholder, operating, investment, subscription, brokerage, bank financing, and non-disclosure agreements; supporting from the legal side the growth, investment, and restructuring strategies of the company; supervising outside counsel in the United States, Europe, Middle East and Africa on M&A/transactional and litigation matters; leading corporate restructuring of partnership companies to fit with new commercial strategies and lines of business, comply with relevant laws and regulations in the United States, Europe, Middle East and elsewhere (as applicable).
