I'm responsible for maximising production whilst ensuring safe and efficient operation of process and utility system within the installation safety management system.Overseeing the monitoring and control of the process equipment, sub-sea via the ICS systems.Ensuring the safe and efficient operating of the separation facilities, water treatment,gas compression lift and export whilst directing shift process technicians,and providing advice on chemical injection rates.Communicating of deficiencies and malfunctioning, reporting incidents and non-conformities.Ensuring that the safety, health and welfare of all personnel are maintained to Bluewater's policy and statutory standards, acting as area authority for all the production departments facilities.Overseeing relevant work permits and ensuring all regulations and codes of safe practices are complied with at all times,supporting with company training and ensuring production personnel reach the required standard of Bluewater's competency assurance scheme.Ensuring compliance and commitment to company's corporate management system, operational safety case.Deputising for the production superintendent when required,key role in the emergency response team within the control room.Ensuring verbal and written handovers during shift change and end of rotation offshore.

I was heavily involved with the commissioning of the Aoka Mizu in Singapore,Rotterdam and the north sea.First oil on board the Aoka Mizu,water treatment,water injection and gas compression lift/export.Operating the ICS,sub-sea adjustments and well streams as required while monitoring the correct function of process equipment and instrumentation,Monitoring and reporting fire and gas ESD status to the production supervisor, superintendent or OIM as appropriate.Communicating deficiencies, being conversant with company policies and procedures,performing tasks in a safe and responsible manner.Ensuring compliance and commitment to company's corporate management system, operational safety case.Ensuring verbal,written handovers during shift change and end of rotation onshore offshore.
