As the Group Head of Sport and Wellness at CHRG, I oversee the strategic and operational management of Castle Hill Fitness and Aquatic Centre, as well as the sport and wellness strategy for the entire group. I am motivated by the vision and values of CHRG, and I strive to create a positive and inclusive culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence among my team of over 100 employees.In my current role, I am responsible for providing accurate and analytical reports on all activities and profitability, managing the physical assets of the facility, and maximising the revenue and profitability of the centre.
