About Brett Andrews

With over 20 years of experience in the sport and leisure industry, I am passionate about delivering high-quality services and programs that promote health, fitness, and well-being for diverse communities. As the Group Head of Sport and Wellness at CHRG, I oversee the strategic and operational management of Castle Hill Fitness and Aquatic Centre, as well as the sport and wellness strategy for the entire group. I am motivated by the vision and values of CHRG, and I strive to create a positive and inclusive culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence among my team of over 100 employees.In my current role, I am responsible for providing accurate and analytical reports on all activities and profitability, managing the physical assets of the facility, and maximising the revenue and profitability of the centre. I also leverage my skills in event management and event planning to coordinate and deliver various sport and wellness events and initiatives that engage and benefit the members and the wider community. As chairperson for our Local Club Grants program, i am also in touch with broader community issues
