Global Procurement Supplier Quality Engineering Director responsible for overseeing the strategy and management of Micron’s Supplier Quality Management (SQM) program to deliver value through robust quality processes and procedures, cost optimization, and strategic supplier relationships. Driving supplier quality management improvement initiatives in close partnership with key stakeholders such as Global Quality, Operations, Product Engineering and R&D to develop and execute an effective Supplier Quality Management program resulting in mutual business success with suppliers for all quality related topics. Oversee the management of supplier accountability and performance management in alignment with standards set by Global Quality. This includes: ensuring suppliers receive timely and accurate supplier performance feedback based on consistent metrics, supplier quality issues are effectively mitigated, and the expectation of continuous improvement is understood and realized.
