Following my involvement within the ISO 17025 project team, I took on the role of Quality Manager and Validation coordinator. Mobile Phone Forensics Engineer Working for a market leading Forensics Company, responsible for:Analysis of exhibits.Composing evidential reports / statements.Delivering expert witness testimonies.Creation of software applications to advance forensic capabilities.Performing BGA component removal for binary data extraction and translation.I was also involved within a team responsible for the achieving ISO 17025 accreditation. This involved:Formulation of business processes/procedures and related documentationDevising test scenarios to prove confidence in software. Leading to –Creation of an issues database for handset/software combinations in line with the devised operational validation procedure.Key achievements:1. Company achieving accreditation to ISO 170252. Producing automated methods to improve in house working practices.

Military and civil avionics company that manufacture aircraft components. I looked after 4 separate production and development contracts, responsible for:Facilitating feedback meetings with shop floor staff to discuss and manage manufacturing issues.Liaising with suppliers in relation to non-conforming material.Evaluation of non-conforming material for concession or return to supplier.Creation of change proposal and concession documentation.Creation of production aids.Investigating and solving manufacturing problems.
