About Brett Barnes

I currently serve as the Head of Business Development and Sales for the Western Division at ACE. Our technology-empowered network brings together banks and lenders with wealth managers, enabling investment firms and advisors to deliver financing and cash management solutions to build their clients' net worth and meet their financial goals. Prior to joining the ACE team, I served as a Relationship Manager for the Independent Advisor Solutions team at UBS, where I played a significant role in UBS’s first major expansion into the independent wealth management channel.I have more than 30 years of experience in the wealth management industry. My past responsibilities have included business development, relationship management and sales across multiple products and solutions working alongside RIA's and both wirehouse and independent retail broker dealers.In my spare time, I have served as a middle school and AYSO girls soccer coach, having coached 20+ teams at a variety of ages and levels. I also have volunteered at local food pantries helping them to provide emergency food to those in need. And I have been a youth mentor in the Big Brothers program. I graduated from UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government.
