As a passionate leader with genuine care for my associates, I am dedicated to developing talent and improving operational health on a large scale. My education and experience have led me to pursue operational excellence by devaluing silos and working across functional boundaries to achieve results in the modern business world. Process improvement is a state of mind and not something with a start or end date. Coming into the business community, given that I spent most of my youth working in transportation and supply chain logistics, I never imagined it would be in the field of insurance. Even though it was an unlikely landing spot, it has fueled my passion for helping others when they need it most. Working across the county and in communities of all types has broadened my perspective on the impact we can have as business professionals, and I have dedicated my career to doing just that. In my personal life, I enjoy chasing my two young children (and wife) and taking them to their various sporting events. If there is time left over, we usually spend it at the lake, where I try to chase fish as often as the family will let me.
