-Built entire team from scratch coming out of covid-19 pandemic-Reopened Starbucks locations in time for holiday travel by hiring and developing managers and baristas-Manage relationship between HMSHost corporate, Starbucks corporate, and the Airport; balancing the needs of all three-Was acting interim Director of Operations from August 2021 to February 2022, overseeing all 3 units and roughly 60 employees-Was sent to Portland and Sacramento Airports for multiple weeks at a time to help hire and train associates and managers in order to reopen their Starbucks units-Currently operating Starbucks location far above expectations, leading the region in sales by being over 45% above 2019 sales for the current period-Won award for lowest turnover rate in region for Q4 of 2021

-Increased sales versus last year to 11% increase, well above the goal of 5%, and saw an increase of over 3% in average daily transactions vs last year, well above goal of 2%-Led my team to a store record high for Customer Connection scores as well as one of the lowest turnover rates in the district-Participated and led multiple donation and volunteer events-Developed multiple partners to trainer and supervisor roles-Held quarterly hiring fairs for my district in partnership with other Store Managers

-Performed inventory management duties, ordered merchandise for the store, discount merchandise, and set up and plan displays and features-Was in charge of hiring to ensure department staffing fulfilled store needs-Led department to exceed expectations and company goals in sales and reduction of waste
