• Managing the Test and Learn program that consist of two dedicated Agile Teams and 37 Agile supporting teams to coordinate a portfolio of six to eight million dollars that perform experiments with new and existing applications including web/mobile sites intending to increase revenue and/or reduce costs for the Nationwide Insurance.• Managed a digital transformation program to move away from paper checks and deposit to real time AFT transactions with JP Morgan Chase for Personal and Commercial lines to start and bring on Nationwide Financial to complete. Worked with JP Morgan Chase to connect via API’s to pull payments and submit payments with the bank for our customers.• Total concurrent active “in development” work request known as “Experiments” average around 18 on any given day with 10 to 20 experiments that have been completed undergoing an evaluation period to determine their success. The experiment may or may not be implemented into production based on business expectations. Our goal is to complete experiments within 45 days from Concept to final testing period.• Supporting three business lines comprising of EI&M, P&C, and NF.
