INTIGRAL is the window making industry’s fully integrated insulating glass resource. Led the Human Resources effort for this fast growing, $45M manufacturing organization. As a thought leader, reported to the President, and in close collaboration with other Senior leaders to continue the successful cultural change initiatives and HR strategy development and deployment, to meet the business objectives. Charged with the design, development, and delivery of HR services and programs that are strategic, innovative and optimize the HR model.

Served as the HR Business Partner for the US Iron Ore segment comprising 2400 employees in four US locations. Set the vision for and directed the human-resource strategies and initiatives to support productive and profitable business operations. Provided leadership and focus to drive organizational effectiveness and advance the company’s vision.
