- Cultivate relationships with and manage a portfolio of 150 leadership-level annual giving donors and prospects through multiple channels (phone, e-mail, in-person meetings, etc.).- Solicit gifts of $5,000 up to major gift level of $100,000 in-person and on the phone.- Engage in research & utilize existing information to effectively leverage relationships- Identify ways to increase the cultivation, involvement, and stewardship of donors in visits, meetings, and events.- Prepare leadership giving proposals in response to inquiries as well as cultivation with donors.- Collaborate & notify Development staff of time-sensitive knowledge gained on visits that can be leveraged for University advancement including major and planned-giving.
