Serves as first point of contact between doctors and attorneys with their patients and clients (respectively) after office hours. Liases with clients to ensure their needs are met. Works with the Hadrian Information Department to ensure that all new accounts are set up for clarity and ease of use by the operators that will be taking calls for our clients, as well as updating accounts with any new information and instructions provided by our clients. Independently provides staff coverage during weekend overnight hours and as needed during other high volume periods. Provides secondary managerial coverage on an as-needed basis. Processes reports regarding operator team production. Processes over 200 messages per day per individual client workflows.

Managed and maintained passport data for the Bureau of Consular Affairs. Provided key information to the general public about their passport applications (how to fill out the paperwork, application status, costs). Updated passport information using the Bureau's dedicated software. Operated specialized equipment to create the passports themselves.
