Brett Burridge has in excess of 30 years experience in the Sydney Commercial Property market. The majority of this time has been spent in major agency roles during which time he has specialised in selling investment properties throughout the Sydney metropolitan area. Brett has also worked extensively in the development sector selling properties on behalf of a range of clients, including corporations, private individuals and government as well as banks and receivers. Besides Sydney, Brett has extensive national experience; he has worked in Melbourne, Perth and Auckland in his career to date. Brett's wide ranging experience across the Sydney Commercial Property market over a long period of time has resulted in him establishing very strong relationships in particular with many high net worth private investors active in the Sydney property market.

Coordination of Commercial Sales team throughout metropolitan Sydney for much of this time. Also key role in the introduction and implementation of CRM strategies to the business from 2000 onwards. Prior to this part owner of a Commercial Property Consultancy business based in North Sydney specialising in servicing the development sector from 1984 to 1989. This business was sold to Colliers International.
