Working for the electricity & gas distributor Jemena answering inquiries ranging from minor concerns to major emergencies. Competent at liaising with a range of bodies both internal (control room, front of house) and external (Police, Emergency Services). Role involves a rotating 24-hour roster.

Roughly fifty-percent of the job is advising customers on billing – clarifying confusion and offering explanations. The rest involves processing contract renewals, negotiating fixed installment plans and liasing with other departments where the requirements of a call exceed my role.

Answering calls, taking bookings and dealing with the needs of Village Cinemas customers including complaints and general feedback.

Mainly involved in the daily setting up and breaking down of the site in Botanic Gardens.

Food preparation and service. Deliveries around Army base.

Duty Manager/Projectionist As a duty manager I was responsible for staff management, safe balancing and end of session reconciliation through Vista. Projectionist duties included all the usual print assembly and session management tasks plus a lot of stairs.
