Manage key vendor contracts supporting £5.7bn Smart Meter Programme.Achievements – • negotiation of £100M systems integrator agreement and supporting transition & on-boarding of new team (UK & overseas) • supported successful bids for Anglian Water, Yorkshire Water and Northumbrian Water smart meter contracts including negotiating framework subcontracts for provision of network & smart devices. • Development of supplier dashboard report covering expenditure, contract deliverables, statutory/regulatory compliance, change management.

Contract management of key customer agreements including PSN frameworks.

Manage a team of Supplier Managers own the relationship between Operations/Technology divisions & over 200 3rd party partners who provide support and maintenance in respect of IT & network services. This includes securing the best level of service performance which is both fit for purpose and value for money. Responsible for support & maintenance budget (c£50M pa) including management of payment process, budget forecasting & delivery of annual cost saving targets.

Contract management of 3 large outsourcing agreements; Voice TDM Network contract with BTMSL (value £100M), M&E Support & Maintenance contract with Carillion (c£50M) and Data Support Services with Telindus (c£90M). Key activities include ensuring service level/statuary/commercial adherence, managing contract control change & budgetary development/tracking.This involves working with a cross-function virtual team (including Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Operations) within VM to ensure value is realised from the contracts

Managed operational acceptance of large IT infrastructure projects into BAU environment.
