Hello I am Brett! I am a sophomore at Tufts University studying mechanical engineering with an interest in aerospace. I have experience working on computer-aided design (CAD) software like SolidWorks and Onshape and have manufactured several parts on heavy machinery like the lathe and Bridgeport mill. I am a member of the Tufts Students for Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS) club and work as the club's secretary. I represent the club and university at the monthly SEDS USA meetings. On the Tufts Rocketry Team, I helped build the rocket launch at the Spaceport America Cup in New Mexico while coordinating logistics for the team. I’ve also worked on my own personal rockets to achieve certifications from the National Association of Rocketry (NAR). As a Tufts American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) member, I have promoted events to underclassmen.
